笔者在Windows11下使用composer成功安装，但是无法打开页面，最后查到原因是因为缺失.htaccess文件，在public目录下添加即可。

Win下理论上不存在写入权限的问题，难以置信，居然没有自己写入该文件，还要手动写入。
